PBE Rutherford were awarded a contract for the design and construction of a new 132/11 kV Substation for the Ironbark Project in Central Queensland, Australia. Ironbark is a new underground coal mine producing metallurgical coal for the global export market used in the manufacture of steel. The substation will connect directly to Powerlink’s 132 kV transmission network.
